French Units

• Régiment de La Sarre, 2nd Battalion - From 1756 to 1760, Régiment de La Sarre fought in North America for four long years defending New France against the British aggressors. The recreated re-enactment unit Régiment de La Sarre set sail from the Ohio County town of New Alexandria, Pennsylvania in 1984 and stands ready to shed English blood again after 250 years.
