After Action Report: Blackbeard Festival, Hampton, VA

The Crewe of the Archangel, although not a full compliment, worked over time but, damnation, twas one hell of an event! Our hosts, Blackbeard's Crew, were top notch, and truly know how to make folks not only feel welcome, but appreciated. They took mighty fine care of us all and we look forward to working with them in the future!
Except for a few bouts with possible tornadoes, hmmm they seem to follow me lately to events, we kept busy on the docks. Portraying the local Harbor Master and his thugs, we were able to harass boaters, spectators and pirates alike. We participated in several nicely done battles, living history displays, enjoyed first rate food slaved over by Cookie and our own Double Shot and Gigi, a great ball Friday night, and the very best of company! Cheeky acted as town crier and narrator for the event.
Oh and did I forget to mention training on the Explorer?
Couldn't have been better! and none of us would have complained if it could have been longer. Our hats are off to Blackbeard's Crew.
