    Hey all, there will be a handful of us hearty souls who do 1940 BEF putting on a living history display.  If you're interested in doing BEF yourself, or if you just want to see what it looks like up close and personal, we'll be at Sully Plantation (http://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/parks/sully/) in Chantilly, VA the weekend of July 12-13. 

    If BEF doesn't turn you on, there will be dozens of other WW2 impressions there as well.

    Hope to see you there!

    Sorry this took so long to post, but here are a couple of photos of a couple of us who attended the Sully Plantation event as 1940 BEF.  The two downsides of these photos were:

    1) We didn't have any of the correct shade of Blanco; and
    2) Both of us had forgotten to bring the string necessary to attach the gas capes to our small packs.

    Other than that, though, we were pretty pleased.  In the couple of weeks since the event, I've already upgraded a number of items that weren't quite perfect yet.
