Put out on the Yahoo Group. Can we get the Soviets to show up for this one?

The 272nd Fussiliers will be hosting the first ever Russian front event
at Odessa April 24th - 26th 2009. For those of you who have been to the
Western front event you know what a great site it is. Reenactors can
arrive on site Friday, period camping gear is not a must. Authenticity
in the field is. Porta johns will be provided on site, there will be no
food vendors so bring your own. The website for Odessa is
www.odessaevent.com there is no Russian front info there yet but you
can contact Scott Thompson the event organizer there. I hope we can
generate enough interest in this event since its getting harder to find
places for good tacticals.Any units that are interested and have
questions please feel free to email me at devils1964@hotmail.com and I
will try to find answers for you.

Well Odessa is located in an area that should enable the 9th Guards, 3rd Rifles, 9th Romanian, 39th Guards, 193rd Rifles, 37th Guards, 33rd Guards, 8th Guards, PLA, and some other units in Canada and the midwest to attend (Forgot Earl's group name in the Northeast).
