    Hello all,

Battleground Belgium organises for the 2nd time a big WWI event on the actual 1914 battlefield of Halen, Belgium.
Halen was the scene of the last clash between cavalry units in Europe on  August 12, 1914. The battle was won by the Belgians, the only victory the Belgian Army won without the help of her Allies.
Most of the battlefield is still in it original form, unlike the battlefields around Ypres.
This year, we will be building a WWI camp where every WWI nationality and WWI uniform is welcome, but we like to see as many 1914-reenactors as possible.
    Date is August 6-7-8, 2010

    Grtz,
    Niko.
