I wish I could find one in Florida.  We have some events coming up but I am not one to go alone.   Cheesy

    Hello Raven,

Where in FL are you located?  There are some great ones down there.  There is the Florida Pirate Fest in November...

    http://www.piratefair.com

Plus there is the Pirates in Paradise (PIP) event in Key West, FL

    http://www.piratesinparadise.com

I know my Captain and several of the crew will be down at the PIP fest this year.  I've never been, but I am sure that there will be groups gathering and recruiting there.

I am in Jacksonville so Tampa is about 3 hours from me and Key West is about 9, I think.  I am trying to get to PIP but ot sure if my outfit will be ready in time.  I am trying to get to PyrateCon.

Does the Archangel ever sail near Indiana?  I'm interested in many time periods, and piracy is always an attractive alternative to working for "the man."

    Hi MasterFoust,

The Archangel crew did travel to Indiana this past August for the "Pyrates at Paynetown" just outside of Bloomington, IN.  We had a great time!

Wish I had discovered the boards a month earlier!  My brother lives in Bloomington (he does ACW), could have been a nice day-trip.

Maybe you folks can come to our Brookville Pirate Fest next summer if I'm able to organize it!
