Help get out the word!

Hey, if you're at all interested in seeing the Reenactor Fest concept take off and flourish, help us pass the word. Get others psyched up about it. Keep up the interest!! If you're on other forums or e-mail lists, post this message below to getout the word. Then tell them
WHY
it's so cool!
Information about Reenactor Fest 3
Gettysburg, PA 11.30.2007 to 12.02.2007
Reenactor Fest is an indoor convention for all reenacting time periods,
from the Roman Empire through Vietnam. Guests are encouraged to attend
in period dress! The 3 day celebration features hundreds of quality vendor tables,
LIVE demonstrations of historical military & cultural activities every day,
interesting seminars and lectures on a myriad of topics, a Reenactor's Ball,
plus music, food and there is ALWAYS a party going on after the sun goes down!
Reenactor Fest is thrilled to be adding another convention date to our calendar in
historic Gettysburg! When you think of historical reenacting, few locations spring
to mind as quickly as Gettysburg. The town and historic battlefields cater to reenactors
and history buffs, and the Eisenhower hotel is right there in Gettysburg itself... mere
minutes from the fields where the din of battle changed our Nation forever. You'll love
your time at the convention too! The vendor hall, seminars, live music and demonstrations,
the Grand Ball, nightly parties, and the electricity in the air that only happens when you
bring so many great reenactors together in one spot!

Amen to THAT Marsh!!
I spend lots of dough advertising the convention in print and through flyers, but these methods aren't a fraction as effective as word of mouth. If you are in a unit (or two) that has an email list, just copy and paste that info and send it to the group. People can't go and enjoy it if they don't know!
ALSO... if you want flyers to pass out at your next event, just tell me and I'll mail you some! The Reenactor Fest Army is always looking for quality recruits! ;-)

Well me and the wife have passed out a ton of the flyers at several events, MN RenFest (only to other like minded history junkies) And Rockford I hit up some of the allied camps and the Big Island Rendezvous (look to see more of the native american impression to show up).
Well that is all that I can recall at this time.

Chris -
I won't tell you who it is until I get it locked in... but in the first episode he said "I can read, Sir."
I just got done watching "Sharpe's Eagle" again... I sound the call to anybody that wants to do a 95th impression (as portrayed inthe series)! Give in! You know it kicks ass!

Now I'm going to "have" to watch the whole series again (oh the things I do for this hobby)
I wish you all the luck that you need in getting this to happen.

Is there a date for the 2011 one yet, or did we miss it?
