reenactor.Net, THE Online, Worldwide Home of Living History Forums
News: We are happy to announce that we have our new "link mod" working—our programmer out-did himself on making it!! The program allows YOU to add your link yourself, unlike the old "add-me form" we had. Please, go to http://www.reenactor.net/forums/index.php/page,167.html and add your unit's link, if we don't have it. For that matter, you can update links too. We still have many of the old links up, as it is a process to do a lot of them. However, we will be working to update links as fast as possible-- soon, ALL the unit links and historical links will be done this way!!

Capt. Sterling: My compliments, sir! Your crew & yourself looked properly piratical ! Tho' I didn't get a chance to say so personally ( you were usually engaged with the ladies....), you & your lads' fine impressions could not escape notice!  ( I was the 18th c. aristo with the double queued wig at the ball....).  Had you considered travelling to Norfolk Va., for the Norfolk Harborfest?  I daresay that you'd all be quite a hit there!

    Dear Rockman!

'Twas a pleasure meeting you at the Ball Saturday evening!  I can finally say that I can but a face with a name now...

As for VA, - our good Captain hails from there.  We are expected to be at the Blackbeard Fest in Hampton, VA this summer.  If you manage your way down there...we'll have a drink waiting for you.  You won't be able to miss the encampment.  Look for the Tyburn Tree!

Come now Captain...you've got to be use to the Evil twin thing by now...

    Let's see....

There's Brig and Mae, Lynn and myself, Mike Kaplan and his brother...now we have Bollow and his evil twin Fritz!

Should make RF5 a hell of a lot more interesting...don't you think?

My dear Rockman, sorry I am that I missed this post prior to now. Thank you, Sir, fer yer kind words, I shall be honored to pass them along to my 'Angels and the lovely lasses we find ourselves indebted to for keeping  us all in line.  I believe I saw ye a number of times during the event and I must extend my compliments to yer wig maker... quite the talent that!

Any chance of a link to further information regarding the Norfolk Harborfest?.. as I am landlocked in Earlysville, Va, just outside of Charlottesville. I have heard numerous grand reports regardin said event and would like to inquire into it further.  Again, much obliged, Sir fer yer high praise and any information ye can supply me.
