I'm a civil war reenactor from Georgia, I belong to several authentic groups.
I want to give you WW-I guys a heads up about a vendor that might be moving to your era.
Casey Osgood of Osgood Historical Reproductions. he has been drummed out of Civil War Reenacting. Straight up, he's a thief, and a liar. he has stolen $400 from me personally.
I've been told from a reliable source that he is moving to WW-I reenacting, and has been promising to make lots of gear, uniforms, etc.
Don't send this guy a dime. You might as well just shred your cash, and throw it in the trash.

You can read up on him at Authentic Campaigner. com

    Thanks
    H. Davis

Thanks for the heads-up! Given the tight-knit nature of WWI reenacting, I seriously doubt if he'll get far. There's a lot less WWI reenactors than Civil War reenactors and the vendors are well-known to all.
