    I'm looking for the following regiment patch patch :
    4th regiment 3rd infantry division
    Colors of patch was red and green
    Motto on patch was "Don't tread on me"
    Anyone know of any vendors of military patches?

    During WWI, unit patches were not authorized for use until November 1918 and when they were, they were only for divisions. It sounds like what you're looking for is from a later era.

    As for vendors of military patches, a quick Google search should yield quite a few.
