USO Night/ August 7th 2009

USO Night: was a night during WWII when soldiers were able to socialize with each other and women who helped out with the event. Dancing, food and other things that reminded them of home were brought there.


Objective: a night to help preserve this event in history. As well as honor the men who lost there lives in Solomon's war camps and served the war.


Plans: The USO Night is going to be held on August 7th 2009. But we also want to hold a living history the following day. We want to know if there are any WWII regiments and sutlers who are interested in participating in this event.
