Title: Ford truck tires
Post by: mark8792 on July 15, 2011, 01:11:52 PM
Kameraden,

I have purchased a 1941 Ford 1-ton truck to convert to a German troop carrier.  I'm having problems locating the proper style or type of tires they might wear.  I have found NDT's but I'm not sure they are really correct.  They are easy and no too expensive but I want this to be as correct as I can get it without spending a million dollars.

Any help or pics would be greatly appreciated.  It has 16 in rims.

Mark

I agree.  Go with Coker. That is what is on my 35 Ford.

In Corry, Pa there is a old Ford Dump Truck that would make a great German Truck. It has been parked for a few year by a active garage. Some of you may pass it on your way to our Remagen reenactment.
