Satisfaction

We can't stress this enough: Your satisfaction is our primary concern! We'll work for you to make sure that your car is repaired quickly and properly. We do this by working closely with your insurance company, on your behalf and we make certain that all of the repairs that are necessary, are completed to your satisfaction.

Payment

Payment in full is required before we will release any vehicle. If you have a check or payment from your insurer, please make sure it is the correct amount and is properly signed before you come for your vehicle. Also be sure to bring any deductible payments with you. Sparks Autobody tries to make payment as easy as possible. To make it more convenient for our customers, we accept properly endorsed insurance checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, pre-approved personal checks, and yes, cash.

Estimates

An estimate is only approximate. We make every effort to write a thorough and complete estimate. Occasionally hidden damage is discovered after a job is started. If this happens we will inform you and your insurance company immediately.

Your insurer may want you to visit their claims center. You may do this or you may leave your car with us and ask that the insurer inspect the car here.

Again, remember, it is your choice where you have your car repaired.
