Ground crew reenacting
cco23i:
Hey all,
Well we returned from our event in Stockton California and BOY DID WE HAVE A BLAST!! After traveling 11 hours we continued to get everything ready for the show so by the time we were done we had been awake for 41 hours! Man I thought I was on a deployment again. Below are some of the photos so ENJOY!

I am just started to get interested in reenactments and in particular WWII Army Air Corp. I live in Utah and was wondering if you know of anybody in this region. Where is your group from? I do own a 1943 Stinson L-5 and now a 1944 Jeep.
Thanks,
Greg

Greg,
Sorry for the delay but work has been a bear! Not right off the top of my head do I know of anyone doing AAF up your way. In Colorado there are a few as well as in the north west. I will do some looking and get back to you.

Yes, we actually had "recruits" that were brought in to "train" as air crew and then fly a bombing mission. Loads of fun!!!
