Title: R.I.P. Larry Riggle he will be missed around the fire

KOKOMO, Ind. ? Larry Dean Riggle, 71, of Kokomo, Ind., passed away at 5:20 p.m. Wednesday, March 30, 2011, at St. Joseph Hospital in Kokomo following a two-week illness.

He was born Feb. 11, 1940, in Paxton, to Paul Earl and Etta Whitcomb Riggle. He was an Army veteran. Mr. Riggle worked in auto body repair. On April 1, 2006, he married Michelle Carroll at Adams Mill in Cutler and she survives in Kokomo. He was a Native American shaman and enjoyed rendezvous and was an excellent knife maker.

He is survived by one daughter, Becky Gordon (husband: Steve) of Rantoul; two stepdaughters, Aundrea Barnhizer of Kokomo, Ind. and Amanda White of Alexandria, Ind.

Also surviving are two sisters, Alyce Alson of Lincoln, Ill. and Beverly Scott of Mount Home, Idaho.

Two grandchildren, Kasey and Devon, and one stepgrandchild, Asher also survive. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Lacy.

There will be a memorial at the Fathers Day Voo at Adams Mill in Cutler Indiana in June for Larry .
