50th Anniversary of the Vietnam War Ft Lee, VA

Ft Lee, VA will host a commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of the Vietnam War on Friday, 17 August 2012. It will coincide with The Gathering, a reunion of Transportation Corps veterans of the Vietnam War. They will have at several rebuilt gun trucks with the actual vets that crewed them. The Quartermaster, Transportation, Ordinance and Army Women's Museums will display some of their unique Vietnam collections, such as a collection of VN booby traps. We are looking for living historians, military antique and vehicle collectors to set up displays. Contact richard.e.killblane@us.army.mil
