Mostly in German, but good info: Die Alte Armee (http://www.altearmee.de/)
-
And another neat site: Verein Historische Uniformen (http://www.historische-uniformen.de/)... Again, this site is auf Deutsch but you can use a translator such as Babel Fish or something. And if you can't read German, well, there's a lot of neat pix for you until you break down and learn it!

And I wanna emphasize Marcus' group again:
Darstellungsgruppe Süddeutsches Militär 1870- 1918 e.V. (http://www.dsm1918.de/) (Deutschland) -- They have Bavarian, Württemberg, Prussian and Hessian impressions from different units. Also on the website some pictures of original stuff ("unter der Lupe"), some uniform pics from different years ("Uniformen") and some essays about different themes around 1870- 1918 ("Ich war Soldat"). Unfortunately the site is only in German and French right now -- still, it's got some GREAT photos of kit. (^)

Agreed! This is an outstanding website! It is worth checking out often, because there are frequent updates.
