Step back in time to witness the 145th anniversary of the final battles of the Atlanta Campaign. Talk to the soldiers, visit their camps and take yourself back to 1864 and the conflicts at Nash Farm. Battles will be held at 10 am and 2pm on Saturday, Sept. 5 and 2pm on Sunday, Sept. 6. There will also be cavalry demonstrations, sutlers, blacksmithing, music, food and more! The Battle of Atlanta will be held at Nash Farm Battlefield, 4361 Jonesboro Rd. Hampton, Georgia 30228 September 4-6, 2009 from 8am-5pm. Admission is $10 for Adults (18+), $5 for children (6-17) and parking costs $3 per vehicle. Schedule and additional information can be found at http://www.atlantacampaign.com
