Title: c. 1400 StatutaArmorum site
Post by: Karl Helweg on November 20, 2009, 02:32:42 PM
http://statutaarmorum.org/ INACTIVE

This is a site primarily focused on tournament companies of the 14th century such as the Company of St. Boniface and others whose members participate in pas d'Armes or Passage of Arms tournaments.   These are a period stylized but brutal tournament which places great emphasis on pageantry.

Due to another server break down Statutaarmorum.org is once again nearly blank.  We would like to invite individuals and companies interested in this type of 1350-1450 event, to join.

This is another example of this sort of combat.
Title: techy stuff

I apologize for the inconvenience but the statutaarmorum.org site is temporarily down for a server change or some such techy thing.  Please bear with them and try again later.

Some eye candy in the meantime.

Not all SCA fighting must be photoshopped into a castle.  Drachenwald uses castles fairly routinely.

As a heads up, StatutaArmorum has gone down and might not be resurrected for sometime.

We are moving to a Tournament Company of Saint Boniface (SCA)
 Facebook page.

The SA forum is back up here.

1/10/11 - Apparently guests cannot see anything on the SA forum yet(?)  I am trying to have this upgraded.  Interested folks should be able to request to join though.

This is the statue that I have based much of my c. 1400 armour on.
