September 13   :NCGLNAC One Day Workshop : Porqupine quil earrings , Jay Public Library , Portland ,IN ....Nita Norcross ,Ojibwe decent , will teach students how to make the beautiful beaded , porcupine quill drop earings seen so ofren at Pow Wows . Pre-registration is requested by September 5 . Hours are 10 to4 . Class is open to anyone over the age 12 .
