New - wondering over reenactment
« on: September 12, 2010, 06:50:19 PM »
Good morning,

I'm Sylvester, from the Westhoek - Flanders Fields. I'm fairly new to reenactment as such; I've visited some events - one napoleonic event at Deal Castle, and one mediaeval to renaissance event. I've seen some WWI  and WWII events from a distance, but I don't think we can count those, in all honesty. Visited, as a mere spectator.
I'm still wondering whether reenactment could be for me. As for interests, I'd list the middle ages, specifically about the twelfth/thirteenth century, and the Napoleonic era. I'd be grateful for any tips and hints anyone would care to throw my way.

Cheers,

S

P.S. Cornelius is actually one of my middle names, which I use on some fora.
