Landsknecht Vereidigung
(At-a-Glance Event Information)
Friday, June 15th, 2007 to Sunday, June 17th, 2007
Hosted by Shire of Eisental - Lehighton, PA
Event Last Modified: February 20th, 2007
The Shire of Eisental would once more like to invite one and all to join us again for Landsknecht Vereidigung to be held at the well known Ukrainian Homestead. This site boasts a swimming pool (no lifeguard, no swimming after dark, swim at your own risk), a bar, hotel rooms (for an extra fee), plenty of space for camping, and a large parking lot.
This year at Landsknecht we will have 3 fighting tournaments (types to be announced), A&S classes, thrown weapons, fencing, archery and youth fighting tournament. Minors attending the event must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
Please bring your feast gear as we will be having a light breakfast on Saturday morning of various pastries. Saturday afternoon there will be a field side dayboard available to all who attend the event. Saturday evening a feast will be served in the hall (please pre-register early as seats tend to fill quickly and the number of seats available has been reduced this year). Sunday morning a hot breakfast will be served to give everyone a good hearty meal for packing down. The event closes at 12pm, for all those remaining please consider yourself having volunteered for cleaning up.
We look forward to seeing everyone again this year!
