Interesting! I really need to get the Sharpe's sets of DVD's... wish they weren't (like all Brit video sets) so expensive

Very true -they are very expensive.  Once in a while you can find the Sharpe set on sale in Amazon.UK or other sellers.  Also sometimes Sharpe or Sean Bean forum members will be selling a set at a discount, if they get a new set for some reason (for example, when a new German box set was released not too long ago).
