Vegetarian Travel

As a vegetarian run business we know how difficult it is to travel with not only a dietary restriction (although I don't think of vegetarianism as being restrictive in the least), but also a sensitivity to animal suffering -- something which is very prevalent in many other parts of the world.

It is interesting how in the Western world we don't see much of the cruelty that goes into producing meat yet our culture kills staggering numbers of animals every year.  Yet in third world countries there is often less reliance on meat, but because they tend to deal with the raising and slaughtering of animals themselves you often find yourself being a first-hand witness to it.
